Il ristorante consta di due sale ampie e luminose, con tre finestre panoramiche aperte sulle colline chiantigiane. Spaziosa è l’area pizzeria con 80 posti, mentre la saletta ristorante di 40 posti è adatta per esclusivi privé e feste.

Entrambe le aree sono arredate in stile classico. D’estate, poi, Il Pruneto si apre al Chianti, con la sua grande e accogliente terrazza panoramica da 100 posti, per accompagnare la cena con uno dei più suggestivi panorami toscani.

Dal menu segnaliamo il gustoso fiore di zucca con scampi e verdurine in delicata tempura, il risotto in agrodolce con ananas e scampetti saltati al brandy e il succulento peposo alla fornacina. E ancora, pane e pasta fatti in casa, bistecche e carni arrostite in gran quantità. Una particolare menzione per la pizza che è lasciata ad una lunga lievitazione, proprio come quella napoletana, fragrante e digeribile.

e la ghiotta al cioccolato, un’autentica meraviglia
per il palato, che da sola vale il viaggio a Impruneta.
